This might not be your best choice for business expansion, but it's listed here because that's what often comes to mind first for so many entrepreneurs considering expansion but you have to make sure you're maintaining a consistent profit, prepare a complete business plan for a new location. Choose your location based on what's best for your business, not your wallet.
7- Win a government contract.
The best way for any business to grow is to have the federal government as a customer. This will be a hard step, but it could be worth it. The good part about this step is that once get it, you're automatically not even a subject in the external competition of the outside marketplaces. The government construction strategy will also stimulate growth by enabling more to be constructed within the funds available by using its sheer scale in procurement of construction. If you're not prepared to take the time to accomplish this step, you'll only be wasting your time. Don't risk missing any opportunities essential to the success of your business.

Diversifying is an excellent growth strategy, as it allows you to have multiple streams of income that can often fill seasonal voids and, of course, increase sales and profit margins. Many small businesses grow by taking opportunities to diversify, although there are risks because of limited resources on all fronts. There are several ideas for diversifying your product, some are:
