Bespoke one to one training at The Gym Clinic in Chiswick or at the client's home, office or in the great outdoors. Learn to utilise the body as a whole unit and see exceptional results through using a combination of tools such as kettlebells, free weights, cables, stability balls and boxing. Maximise calorie burn and carve inches off the body, whilst standing structurally stronger. Training sessions are tailored to suit client's lifestyle and fitness levels.
