Our Qualified Bookkeepers provide up to 250 hours bookkeeping per week. All are Qualified, some to ACCA level and references are always available upon request. All clients have a dedicated bookkeeper who they can build up a good relationship with, and the added security of having Jay Tailor to cover for holidays/sickness as and when needed. We continually review client’s needs; if a clients business is quiet then we can reduce the hours, total flexibility is the key to a good relationship. Inevitably some clients have outgrown us so we have helped them to select suitable candidates for full time employment. We will assist with interviewing and then return to cover for their holidays / sickness so you always have assurance that your financial matters will be dealt with and all deadlines are met. All days are covered, including weekends, and the work can be carried out at the client's office or ours. We also offer a free delivery and collection services so if you have all your paperwork crammed into a shoe-box then please call us - we all like a challenge. Our aim is to maintain the very highest standard of accuracy, facilitated by a diligent, thorough and honest approach to all work undertaken. All clients can rest assured that their financial records will be in the safest possible hands. The highly efficient and cost-effective service on offer allows clients to concentrate on furthering their business interests without the hassle of maintaining their own accounting records. Because we are a small firm you can be assured of the 'personal touch'. Furthermore if you have manual books and are looking to use computerised books, we can transfer everything on to Sage, and can produce a variety of reports including an outline of profit and loss of your business. If you are a Sole Trader looking for a Self Assessment, we can also condense all your records and produce the details required for the HM Revenue & Customs.
