Target Tuition

Target Tuition is owned and run by Keith Hepburn, and based in Winchmore Hill, North London. Keith Hepburn trained to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in 2001, with one of the largest driving instructor training colleges in the country. After qualifying he joined the AA driving school as a franchised driving instructor, in April 2006 he decided to further his career and started his own independent driving school. Target Tuition was set up so Keith could engage directly with customers, providing a local professional service. He now lives in Winchmore Hill, North London with his wife Olga Hepburn, and strongly believes in investing in the local community.
