''no-waiting room' time is a valuable commodity for most of us in today's world. waiting is incredibly frustrating. our waiting room is more of a meet and greet space. providing privacy, minimising anxiety and maximising your time with us. ‘no cancellation fee’ we don't waste your time, we trust you won't waste ours. to this end there is NO fee for late cancellations. we would prefer 24 hrs notice, but we also understand that things don't always go to plan. although be warned... three strikes and we reserve the right to reconsider!!! why not???
