Ocean Wave Pilates

Brighton and Hove’s premiere Pilates studio, Ocean Wave Pilates offers studio equipment and matwork Pilates excercise classes taught by master Pilates trainer Paul Anthony McLinden PDTC, Royal Academy of Dance and former Head of Teacher Training, Body Control Pilates, and his highly qualified staff of instructors. Ocean Wave Pilates is proud to be recognized as the official Body Control Pilates Supervised Teaching Centre for Brighton and Hove. Regularly scheduled Supervised Teaching sessions are available for instructors completing their Pilates certification with Body Control Pilates as a part of their qualification requirements.
